I’ve been writing my latest book over the past 6 months, it is called Heart Empowerment for Empaths:
Inner Alchemy: Let go of emotional baggage and become Loving, Empowered and Free
As with all such books, the author is taken on a transformation journey, in this case, it is helping me heal my own heart and
share a simple, yet profound self-healing method that anyone can use.
Obviously, a huge part of empowering one’s heart is to practice the art of forgiveness, and so I would like to share A Buddhist Prayer on Forgiveness:
If I have harmed anyone in any way either knowingly or unknowingly through my own confusions,
I ask their forgiveness.
If anyone has harmed me in any way either knowingly or unknowingly through their own confusions, I forgive them.
And if there is a situation I am not yet ready to forgive, I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle myself, judge or be unkind to myself through my own confusions,
I forgive myself.
I also want to publicly offer a heartfelt message of forgiveness to myself, my mother, my father, past partners and friends who I have hurt or who have hurt me. I am asking for a clean slate as I fully step into a new angelic energy where everything is possible and the past is completely and totally forgiven.
Who are you ready to forgive and let off the hook? Try this prayer and let me know how it goes.
