What is a your light body?
The Lightbody is a higher dimensional body of light which contains our Divine Image as a perfect being. It is also known as our Merkaba(h), your vehicle of Light for ascension.
The light body is your human energy field that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. When there’s disharmony in your physical, emotional, mental or spiritual body, you can experience a feeling of disconnect that can leave you far away from your truth and your soul’s mission.
Your vibration speaks before you do. Your auric field is carrying over the limitations, ideas, etc that you have been exposed to or bought into.
That is why clearing out the limitations and blocks is key to experiencing what I love to call, ‘Ecstatic Success.’

The word Mer-Ka-Ba is made up of three smaller words:
Mer, Ka and Ba and this concept originates all ancient Egyptians.
Mer refers to a specific kind of light; “Mer” is seen as two counter-rotating fields of light spinning in the same space. These fields are generated when a person performs specific breathing patterns.
Ka refers to the individual spirit of a person.
Ba refers to the spirit’s interpretation of its particular reality.
When you clear resistance, fears and doubt at the light body level, it has a cascading effect on your mental and emotional bodies as well, which greatly assists and accelerates the Conscious Creation process.
