The Shift of Consciousness is underway.
It’s quite obvious that the Great Awakening that has been foretold since
ancient times is happening –we have the opportunity to shift from ego to soul, fear to love, greed to generosity.
Chaos and change are actually Course Correctors. We have veered way off course and it’s time to come back into alignment.
If you identify as highly sensitive or as an empath, you will need to take extra care of yourself at this time, simply because of the tendency to transmute for the collective. You do not want to take on what is NOT yours.
One of my mentors, Akasha said this, “The virus feeds off stress:
STRESS affects your cells and makes you vulnerable to the virus.
DO NOT ALLOW NEWS, FEAR OR WORRY to steal your health.
Stress, dehydration, poor nutrition all contribute to the body’s immune strength.”
These global events are making us aware of the need to set new priorities, formed from deeper introspection, as we face our own fears and denser emotions.
Choose that you will allow yourself to receive the support you require to get through this with calm and peace as much as humanly possible. It’s YOUR CHOICE.
SOUL-CARE
That is why it’s more important than ever to take extra good care of your SOUL, as human beings are social in nature and grow and HEAL together. To receive an extra dose of immunity it’s important to be around other high vibration people.
If you identify as an empath, or highly sensitive person, this pandemic can feel especially intense and overwhelming.
Here are 6 SOUL CARE practices you can employ right away to help manage your most precious commodity: Your Energy:

Deep Belly Breathing. When triggers come, pause and take 3 deep inhales and exhales, all the way into your abdomen.

Practice Shielding. Imagine that you don golden armor or infuse a white light bubble that goes before you.

Define and Express Your Relationship Needs. Knowing your needs and being able to assert them is a strong form of self-protection for empaths. Also important is to ask yourself, “What do I need right now?” and do your best to give it to yourself.

Set Energetic Boundaries at Work & Home. For example, if you need your spouse to limit their consumption of the news, request that they turn it off or watch it while you are on a walk. Be sure to make time to be in nature, take walks, or do yoga.

Meditate. Start today.

Surround yourself with high vibration, like-hearted people that can see the bigger picture of what is happening. Use this time to go within and activate your own super powers and soul’s purpose.
